Where is Eidegrend?
Eidegrend is a historic cluster farm in Hålandsdalen, Holdhusvegen 529, 5640 Eikelandsosen in Bjørnafjorden – about an hour’s drive from Bergen.
Can I get here by bus from Bergen?
Yes. Take the bus from Bergen to Holdhus. Contact us in advance and we can arrange a pick-up for the final three kilometres.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included with every room and is served from 9:00 to 10:00 am in Floren Mat & Kultur.
Can we have dinner at the hotel?
Yes. Dinner is served at a shared table at 6:00 pm in Floren. Non-residents are welcome Thursday to Saturday from May to September on request.
Do you have a sauna?
Yes. The sauna and a private bathing spot in the river are included in your stay.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi?
Yes, both parking and Wi-Fi are free.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the price is charged.
Can we rent a venue for a private event?
Yes. Floren hosts 20–45 guests – for birthdays, company parties, team building and other occasions.
